Join the Network

Once you've become a victim, it's too late to go back and see how it could have been avoided.  At Fax Net 1, we want to help prevent this from happening in the first place.  Here's how it works:

All law enforcement agencies -- local, state and federal -- interact with our network.  In fact, every alert we send MUST be verified and approved by law enforcement BEFORE we send it. 

As a crime happens that has the capacity to impact anyone, anywhere, the law enforcement agency working on the crime sends Fax Net 1 a one-page Crime Alert.  We then verify the information and fax it to only those businesses, organizations or individuals who are part of the Fax Net 1 network and who have the greatest potential for being impacted by the next crime.  It's a fast, accurate way of getting the word out.

Each Crime Alert contains the following information:

• Facts that the public needs to know in order to be good eyes and ears for the problem at hand.
  
  
• The law enforcement agency/department name with logo (if available).
  
  
• The suspects' name(s), A.K.A.(s) if applicable, physical description and distinguishing marks (i.e., scars, tattoos).
  
  
• The suspects' picture(s) if available.
  
  
• Picture(s) and description(s) of any involved vehicle(s), if applicable.
  
  
• Law enforcement contact name and phone number, if applicable.

There are no gory details.  We do not use victims' names or addresses.  And Fax Net 1 does not deal with confidential information of any kind.
