020811				Jewelry Store Theft In Scottsdale on 12-22-11 On Wednesday 12/22/2010 at approximately 6:37 pm the male and female suspects went into the store located at a gallery in downtown Scottsdale and asked if they could look at some rings. While the female was looking at rings, the male was talking on the cell phone. The female liked a particular ring and the male asked to have the ring put on hold for him. Both suspect's left the store and approximately 20 minutes later the male returned to the store to purchase the ring. The employee went to the back of the store to get the ring and while he was gone, the male suspect reached over the counter into the display case and removed a tray of rings valued at over $20,000. The male then ran out of the store, with the tray of rings that were described as yellow gold. It is unknown which direction the suspect’s fled after the crime. Joseph Walker (Right) is 35 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. he is wanted for probation violation on an original charge of aggravated dui. Richard Misquez (Right) is 48 years old , 5 feet 10 inches tall, 220 pounds with a shaved head and brown eyes. he has a tattoo of a dragon on his left shoulder. he is wanted for probation violation on an original charge of misconduct involving weapons.
